Painworth is an approved participant in the Innovation Sandbox operated by the Law Society of Alberta. Our participation is limited to specific services under the program and is subject to the Law Society’s ongoing review and oversight.
Painworth employs or contracts with licensed lawyers who can provide legal advice and representation to clients in Alberta under a formal retainer agreement. Legal services are clearly identified and distinct from our AI-powered tools and educational resources.
Communications through the Painworth website or with our automated tools are not protected by solicitor-client privilege. Privilege only applies to direct communications with a licensed lawyer during a formal legal engagement.
